At Villa Haven, the Guest Service Agent will ensure a positive and seamless guest experience by warmly greeting guests, providing information about resort facilities and services, and managing check-ins and check-outs with efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a guest service or hospitality role
• Proficiency in Opera or other PMS
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
