The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee the QA/QI Department, managing policies and procedures, clinical documentation, regulatory compliance, outcomes reporting, and electronic health record integrity. The role will also involve developing and implementing documentation standards, overseeing audits, and providing coaching and training to direct care staff.
Requirements
- Documented experience with Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement Programs, preferably in a supervisory or leadership capacity
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Strong organizational and excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrate initiative and strive to continually improve internal processes
- Must be flexible with work schedule based on needs of the agency
- Valid California driver's license, driving record and personal vehicle insurance acceptable to VIP's insurance carrier
