Job Description
The Linen Technician (Evening Shift) is responsible for stocking, delivering, and back-up covering clean linen carts in Arlington, VA, and managing commercial laundry operations. This role includes classification, unloading carts, loading/unloading trucks, and picking up soiled linen. Training of new staff is also expected.
Requirements
- Stock cleaning linen carts with appropriate par levels.
- Deliver clean linen carts to units/floors on time.
- Classify clean linen for proper storage.
- Assist in training of new co-workers.
- Unload commercial laundry carts.
- Load/unload commercial laundry trucks.
- Pick up soiled linen from units for delivery to laundry.
- Ability to read, write and understand instructions.
