The Registered Nurse, Labor and Delivery (Night Shift) role is responsible for direct and indirect patient nursing care, supervision of personnel, and adherence to hospital policies and procedures. The position requires a strong understanding of both department and hospital practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. BLS certification and potentially ACLS/PALS certification are required for new nurses and graduates.
