Virtru is seeking a Senior Sales Director to join our team as a dedicated individual contributor. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the sale of Virtru's cutting-edge data-centric security software across our entire portfolio. You will significantly expand our footprint and revenue within a designated portfolio of key enterprise accounts.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of proven enterprise sales experience
- Deep security industry knowledge
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strong understanding of customer business drivers
- Demonstrated consultative selling effectiveness
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic and comprehensive business plans for large, complex accounts
- Ability to quickly grasp and explain complex technical concepts related to data-centric security
- Proficiency with CRM software, particularly Salesforce
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent educational background
