Job Description
VSO is seeking a Cleared Palo Alto Citrix Engineer to support a mission-critical environment in Portsmouth, VA. This hybrid role involves design, deployment, and maintenance of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (XenApp/XenDesktop), optimizing Citrix NetScaler, troubleshooting performance, and maintaining security best practices. The engineer will contribute to both SOC security operations and provide engineering and operational support.
Requirements
- Design, deploy, and maintain Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (XenApp/XenDesktop)
- Optimize Citrix NetScaler (ADC) for load balancing and security policies.
- Troubleshoot Citrix performance issues and implement solutions for high availability and scalability.
- Configure and maintain Palo Alto Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFWs) and Palo Alto Panorama.
- Implement and maintain Citrix security best practices.
- Collaborate with SOC analysts to enhance Citrix-related security monitoring.
- Assist with log analysis and incident response.
- Contribute to compliance auditing.
- Support SIEM tools
