Job Description
Join IT & Cloud Operations to keep our platforms secure, reliable, and efficient. As an IT Engineer, you'll administer Linux servers, implement monitoring/alerting, and provide daily IT support via the helpdesk.
Requirements
- Administer Linux servers (RHEL/CentOS, Debian/Ubuntu), and core networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, DHCP, firewalls)
- Implement monitoring/alerting and capacity management (Zabbix/Prometheus/Grafana; logs via ELK/OpenSearch)
- Troubleshoot outages, restore service quickly, and lead post-incident RCA documentation and follow-ups
- Provide daily IT support via the helpdesk; manage secure onboarding/offboarding and SaaS administration (incl. M365, SSO/MFA)
- Maintain endpoint hardware (laptops, network equipment) and data-center documentation/runbooks
- Drive performance tuning, load testing, and reliability KPIs
- Participate in the on-call rotation
- Automate routine tasks and workflows to improve operational efficiency (IaC/CM, CI/CD)
- Document data center infrastructure, standards, and operational procedures
