Job Description
Join IT & Cloud Operations to keep our platforms secure, reliable, and efficient. You'll administer Linux servers, implement monitoring/alerting, and troubleshoot outages. Provide daily IT support, manage secure onboarding/offboarding, and drive performance tuning and reliability KPIs.
Requirements
- Administer Linux servers (RHEL/CentOS, Debian/Ubuntu)
- Implement monitoring/alerting and capacity management
- Troubleshoot outages and restore service quickly
- Provide daily IT support via the helpdesk
- Manage secure onboarding/offboarding and SaaS administration
- Maintain endpoint hardware and data-center documentation/runbooks
- Drive performance tuning and load testing
- Participate in the on-call rotation
- Automate routine tasks and workflows
- Document data center infrastructure and operational procedures
