Job Description
Visa is looking for a Director to lead consulting engagements and Visa solution sell-in for one of its largest clients in Japan, supporting strategy development, driving key initiatives and leading innovation in their commercial (B2B) & acquiring business.
Requirements
- Fluent Japanese and business-level proficiency in English
- 12+ years of high-performance experience in strategy consulting, project management or payment business
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing teams
- Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional, and cross-regional projects
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong team orientation with a collaborative, diplomatic, and adaptable style
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent presentation skills
