Job Description
Visa is looking for a Manager to drive consulting engagements and Visa solution sell-in for one of their largest clients in Japan. The Manager will manage consulting projects or workstreams, drive Visa solutions sell-in, and act as a key point of contact for their issuing business. The role involves supporting strategic planning and implementation of client's most strategic initiatives, including new issuing business strategy development, new product, business, or customer journey design, and project management activities.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, product management, or project management
- Fluent Japanese and business-level proficiency in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and intellectual rigor
- Effective team player with a collaborative, diplomatic, and adaptable approach
- High standard for quality in reports and data analysis
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including clear and professional presentations
