Job Description

As the Manager of Product Portfolio Operations, Issuing Solutions, you will support the global Issuing Solutions organization as a whole, driving operational excellence and serve as a resource for process, data, and organizational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Lead and manage the Product Lifecycle Management framework and processes for Issuing Solutions
- Coordinate preparation for critical executive sessions such as the Product Delivery / Roadmap reviews, Regional President Roadmap Meetings, and Quarterly Business Reviews
- Foster strong collaboration between VAS Product Operations, Visa Product, and regional VAS teams to drive alignment on priorities, dependencies, and resource needs
- Partner with VAS Product Operations, and Product Teams to oversee product family investment reporting and management
- Support the coordination of standardized portfolio health dashboards and reports
- Process Improvement: Be the voice of Issuing Solutions to ensure continuous improvements in portfolio and product management processes, tools, and reporting
- Onboarding & Training: Support the onboarding programs and ongoing training/SME for Product team members on processes, tools, and best practices
- Continuous Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks and drive initiatives for ongoing process improvement, efficiency, and scalability within the Product organization
