Product Manager

Visa is a world leader in payments technology, and the Product Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth launch of new product features while maintaining high standards for existing products.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of relevant work experience
• Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
• Strong technical skills, ability to translate customer needs into product requirements
• Strong communication skills, ability to speak to all levels of the organization
• Solid execution and delivery skills
• Ability to prioritize and solve complex problems to develop industry-leading solutions
• Ability to resolve conflicting situations
• Proven experience in product management
• Technical experience with APIs preferred
• Strategic thinker with superior analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience leading development teams and working with cross-functional and client-facing teams
• Experience working in global organizations, collaborating with stakeholders, partners, and teams worldwide to drive regional and global product launch
• Fluency in Spanish and English preferred but not required
