Job Description
Visa is seeking a Vice President, Head of Visa Consulting & Analytics, Japan, Korea and Mongolia (JKM) to lead the VCA and Advisory business for the JKM geographic cluster. The role involves driving business development, P&L ownership, cultivating executive-level relationships, and attracting and developing high-quality talent.
Requirements
- 20+ years experience in management consulting with a top-tier consulting firm including exposure to financial services / payments consulting in Japan, Korea and Mongolia markets
- Demonstrated ability to structure, sell and deliver large-scale transformation programs
- Strong pre-existing network of relationships with mid-to-senior banking executives in the Japan, Korea & Mongolia markets
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to navigate large global, matrixed organizations
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Leadership: Track record of recruiting, developing and retaining high performing teams
- Execution and impact oriented through effective planning and attention to detail
- High level of self-motivation, initiative, intellectual curiosity, and drive
