Job Description
Vision Innovation Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide competent nursing care in an operating room setting, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction. The role involves performing critical thinking and communication skills to support surgeons and patients, and coordinated patient care. This is a PNRI PRN position.
Requirements
- Demonstrates practical and specialized knowledge for the role.
- Competent level of nursing care in accordance with AORN standards.
- Knowledge of surgical procedures and ability to supervise instrument set-up.
- Effective and efficient communication with patients, team, and physician.
- Patient communication and assessment skills.
- Adherence to physician order and patient consent procedures.
