Job Description
Visium is seeking a Business Development Director in Life Sciences to lead client acquisition, drive revenue growth, and shape AI & Data strategies within the Life Sciences sector. The role involves identifying, engaging, and acquiring new enterprise clients, developing tailored proposals, and collaborating with delivery teams to ensure successful project execution. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, strategic, and results-oriented.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in business development, client engagement, or strategic consulting, ideally within the Life Sciences sector.
- Proven ability to drive enterprise client acquisition and revenue growth in complex, regulated industries.
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring teams and fostering commercial and technical expertise.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with executive-level stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinker, and highly results-oriented.
