Job Description
Visium is seeking a Business Development Director in Life Sciences to lead business development activities and act as the primary contact for customers, partners, new joiners, and authorities. The role focuses on driving growth, shaping enterprise-level AI & Data strategies within the Life Sciences sector, and directly impacting digital transformation initiatives. It requires a strong entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills.
Requirements
- 6 - 8 years of experience in business development, client engagement, or strategic consulting within the Life Sciences sector.
- Proven ability to drive enterprise client acquisition and revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring teams and fostering commercial and technical expertise.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in English, German/French.
