HR Operations Specialist - Kyiv, remote

We are looking for a detail-oriented and people-centric HR Operations Specialist to support our Ukraine team, managing day-to-day HR processes and data, supporting employees across the HR lifecycle, and contributing to building a supportive and engaging workplace environment.

Requirements

• Maintain and manage employee data in the HR Information System (HRIS)
• Prepare regular HR reports and support basic data analysis
• Coordinate with the payroll team on salary, bonus, allowance, and contractor payments
• Support updates and implementation of HR policies and internal guidelines
• Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related questions and provide guidance on standard cases
• Support employee benefits programs, including the English language learning initiative
