Senior HR Ops Specialist - Kyiv, Remote

We are looking for a detail-oriented and people-centric Senior HR Operations Specialist to support our Ukraine team. This role combines HR operations management with employee experience initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HR operations, HR generalist, or employment compliance roles
• Proven ability to manage official HR documentation and governmental reporting
• Experience coordinating with payroll on salaries, bonuses, allowances, and contractor payments
• Experience working with an HR Information System, AI-powered tools, and proficiency in Google Workspace
• Upper-intermediate English (written and spoken)
