Shift Coordinator

Vista Reno is looking for a Shift Coordinator to join their world-class manufacturing plant in Reno, NV. The Shift Coordinator will plan, schedule, and optimize production workflow, allocate resources, and support team members to meet daily targets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6 months of demonstrated experience in a manufacturing role
• Proficiencies with Microsoft Office suite, Google Docs, and other production environment systems
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze and present issues in a logical and cohesive manner
