Achterhof, a brand of Blank's GmbH & Co. KG, is seeking a Head of Production to lead its production team in Bunde, Germany. The ideal candidate will have experience in production management, leadership, and logistics. They will be responsible for production planning, process optimization, and maintaining work safety and environmental protection.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics and Production Management, etc.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
• At least 2 years of leadership experience
• Experience in procurement and inventory management
• Experience in operational production management
• Production planning
• Capacity planning
• Shift planning
• Maintenance & Maintenance
• Experience with warehouse management and production data recording tools
• Very good German language skills (C1+)
• Good English language skills (at least B2)
