Admissions RN

VITAS is seeking a Compassionate Admissions RN to bridge the gap between hospital and community care, providing clinical guidance and ensuring patients and families are prepared for hospice. Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid state license
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (hospice, palliative, ER, ICU, home health or case management preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Compassionate communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Active listener who builds trust and rapport
• Confident in guiding others through uncertainty
• Reliable professional with strong follow-through and autonomy
