Admissions RN

VITAS is seeking a compassionate Admissions RN to guide patients and families through hospice transitions. This role focuses on providing clinical assessments, education, and emotional support, ultimately supporting patients and their families in their decision-making process. Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid state license
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (hospice, palliative, ER, ICU, home health or case management preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Compassionate communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Active listener who builds trust and rapport
• Reliable professional with strong follow-through and autonomy
