Admissions RN

VITAS is seeking a compassionate and skilled Admissions RN to bridge the gap between hospital/community care and hospice. The role focuses on patient and family education, clinical assessments, and admission coordination, aiming to support patients and families through the transition to hospice. VITAS provides mission-driven work and a supportive leadership environment.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (hospice, palliative, ER, ICU, home health or case management preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Compassionate communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Reliable and autonomous professional
