Director Market Development

VITAS Healthcare is seeking a Director of Sales Development to lead and develop a sales team, ensuring consistent application of the VITAS Sales Model and effective customer relationship management. This role involves traveling with a team to engage with customers, conducting coaching sessions, and tracking performance. The Director will focus on building strong relationships with key stakeholders and driving sales targets to achieve company goals.

Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience and/or training in leadership capacity
• At least five (5) years' experience in the healthcare/sales or marketing field
• Proficiency in business analytics (Excel, CRMs)
• Understanding of healthcare trends
• Ability to prepare and execute product presentations
• Strong interpersonal skills
