Home Health Aide HHA/CNA

VITAS Home Health Aides (HHA) provide personal care and services to hospice patients, assisting them with hygiene, meals, ambulation, treatments, and emotional support. This role involves performing tasks according to a written assignment and may include assisting with chronic conditions and monitoring patient conditions. The position is full time and offers a competitive salary.

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Meets personnel qualifications as specified in 42 C.F.R. Section 484.4 and Section 484.36.
• Completed competency evaluation as specified in 42 C.F.R. Section 484.36.
• State Allowable Training/Certification (AL, CO, DC, DE, FL, GA, IN, MI, PA, TX, VA, WI, CA, CHHA, CT, Home Health Aide certificate).
