Hospice Care Physician

VITAS Healthcare, the leading end-of-life care provider, is seeking a passionate Home Care Hospice Physician to provide high-quality, compassionate end-of-life care to patients and families in a variety of settings. This role involves a blend of in-person and telehealth visits, interdisciplinary collaboration, and advocating for patient needs with a commitment to dignity and a strong team ethos. The position requires a licensed physician or osteopathic physician familiar with hospice and palliative medicine.

Requirements

• Must be licensed to practice medicine or osteopathy in the state.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in hospice and palliative medicine.
• Familiarity with hospice and hospice & palliative principles.
• DEA registration.
