Social Worker

Requirements

• Ability to travel per job requirements.
• Thorough knowledge of community resources (preferred).
• Knowledge of psychosocial issues with terminally ill patients (preferred).
• Reliable transportation.
• At least one year of social work experience in a health care setting (preferred).
• Master of Social Work degree (LMSW or MSW) is required.
