Job Description
Vitestro is seeking an NPI Engineer to join their team in Utrecht, Netherlands. The ideal candidate will have experience bringing designs from development into series production, a structured approach to verification, documentation, and release processes, and strong communication skills.
Requirements
- An engineering background with experience working in multidisciplinary teams
- At least 5 years of experience bringing a design from development into series production
- CAD experience (SolidWorks is a strong plus)
- A structured approach to verification, documentation, and release processes
- A proactive, hands-on, can-do mentality
- Strong communication skills and the ability to train and support production teams
