Job Description
VMD Corp is seeking Transportation Security Officer applicants from existing personnel at Sonoma County Airport (STS) to join their passenger and baggage screening services team. The role involves screening passengers and baggage, operating screening equipment, communicating with travelers, and ensuring passenger safety. Training and certification are provided to eligible candidates.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship or U.S. National (or equivalent)
- Must be 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking, and listening)
- Pass computer-assisted assessment (grammar and X-ray interpretation)
- Pass background and financial background checks
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
