Job Description
VNA Health is seeking an Intake Specialist – Non-Clinical to join their Intake Department. The role involves assessing, triageing, and processing referrals to successful admissions, maintaining high quality, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. This position requires excellent customer service skills and a commitment to upholding VNA Health's core values.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in medical environment and /or home health, hospice, personal care services highly desired
- Strong critical thinking skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Exceptional communication skills, including listening skills
- Excellent information technology skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to juggle tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stay focused and maintain accuracy
