We are looking for a Payroll Generalist to coordinate payroll processes across several European countries, ensuring adherence to policies and maintaining strict compliance. The role requires close collaboration with the Payroll team and People & Culture department, as well as effective management and communication with internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, human resources, or similar
- Excellent skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Experience working independently with European payroll, either in-house or outsourced
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in French, German, or Polish (merit)
- Experience working within accounting or human resources (merit)
