Talent Acquisition Associate - DACH

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will be responsible for staffing Fleet Operations department in the DACH region. You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates, and develop a strong culture within the organization.

Requirements

• Several years of experience working with end-to-end volume recruitment within the warehouse or blue-collar roles
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience or knowledge with different search & sourcing techniques, together with the skill of finding talent outside of the obvious places
• Good knowledge of recruitment platforms & systems such as LinkedIn and Teamtailor
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
