Talent Acquisition Representative - DACH

As a Talent Acquisition Representative, you will be responsible for staffing the Fleet Operations department in the DACH region. You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates, and develop a strong culture within the People & Culture team.

Requirements

• Several years of experience working with end-to-end volume recruitment
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with different search & sourcing techniques
• Good knowledge of recruitment platforms & systems such as LinkedIn and Teamtailor
