Job Description
Our client is looking for an energetic, experienced Commercial Business Development Manager to lead the growth of the commercial sector. This role involves establishing strong client relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and expanding our client’s reach by offering premier restoration services to business owners in need.
Requirements
- New Client Acquisition: Identify, pursue, and secure new business relationships within the commercial sector through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and insurance professionals to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Growth: Actively promote the company’s comprehensive restoration services to commercial clients to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Market Strategy: Analyze the market to identify potential clients and new business opportunities, tailoring strategies to achieve growth goals.
- Negotiation & Contracting: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring profitable agreements and successful project handoffs.
- Brand Representation: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and community functions to build brand awareness.
- Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing and project teams to ensure smooth project transitions and high-quality service delivery.
