Shift Supervisor

Volunteers of America-Greater New York is an anti-poverty organization working to end homelessness in the New York area by 2050. We are seeking a Shift Supervisor to assist clients and guests, ensuring their requests are met, and coordinate the non-clinical needs of families and guests.

Requirements

• High school degree or GED preferred, with at least one year of relevant experience
• Valid state driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets agency policy preferred
• Ability to communicate professionally (oral and written) with Spanish-speaking clients preferred
