Shift Supervisor/Concierge

Volunteers of America-Greater New York is seeking a Shift Supervisor to assist clients and guests, ensure their requests are met, and coordinate non-clinical needs. The Shift Supervisor will oversee front desk staff, monitor building safety, and provide optimal customer service.

Requirements

• High school degree or GED
• Valid state driver's license with a safe driving record
• Ability to communicate professionally with Spanish-speaking clients
