Vouched is seeking a Strategic Customer Success Manager (CSM) to manage a large book of business. The CSM will own customer retention and expansion, serving as a technical triage resource and driving both customer outcomes and revenue growth. This role is ideal for a startup enthusiast with a technical and commercial understanding, balancing strong analytical and sales skills.
Requirements
- 5+ years in customer success, technical account management, or related role in a B2B SaaS startup
- Proven ability to drive revenue expansion and retention
- Comfort with SQL and ability to understand developer documentation and APIs
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to execute
