Job Description
VRX, Inc. is a professional services firm specializing in civil engineering, construction management, and asset management. They offer turnkey services to public and private sectors and provide solutions for bridge, structural design, and environmental services. The Senior Structural Engineer will be responsible for reviewing and approving structural plans, overseeing Field Engineers, and providing oversight of construction processes.
Requirements
- NY state PE License
- Experience with SOE walls, bridge demolition and construction, construction phasing, caisson installation, pile driving, structure foundations and station construction.
- Responsibility for Field Engineer (FE) oversight, responding to FE questions, FE staffing and scheduling, review and approval of daily reports, and client OT approval.
- 40% Field work, 60% Office work.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
