Plant Supervisor - Night Shift

Join Vulcan Materials Company as a Plant Supervisor - Night Shift and promote safety, organize and plan production, manage employee relations, and maintain compliance. Experience in supervising production employees and knowledge of rock and sand mining, ready-mix concrete, and/or asphalt operations is preferred.

Requirements

• Previous experience in supervising production employees
• Knowledge of rock and sand mining, ready-mix concrete, and/or asphalt operations and equipment
• MSHA regulations, engineering principles and procedures, and quality control systems and processes
• Leadership and management skills
• Flexibility to work weekend shifts and changes in shift hours
• Financial knowledge and experience leading financial performance to established targets
