Plant Supervisor - Night Shift

We are seeking a Plant Supervisor to manage the maintenance functions and assigned personnel in establishing, monitoring, and managing proper maintenance and operating practices. The successful candidate will provide technical on-the-job skills training for maintenance personnel, coordinate with Operations, Central Services, and Engineering personnel for scheduled maintenance and repairs, and manage and analyze fixed department budgeting and monthly cost.

Requirements

• Previous experience in managing and supervising maintenance and production employees at either an aggregate, sand/gravel, or asphalt plant operation
• Leadership and management skills
• Operational knowledge of rock crushing equipment, MSHA regulations, engineering principles and procedures, and project management skills
• Interpersonal skills and ability to form strong social relationships and effectively communicate
• Financial knowledge and experience leading financial performance to established targets, meeting or exceeding performance goals
