Semester Underwriting Intern

The Intern, Underwriting will train with key team members to learn and participate in the process of underwriting and servicing of renewal accounts. The intern will provide general operations support to the Underwriting Department.

Requirements

• Interest in enhancing classroom learning through practical career related work experience within the industry.
• Career Interest in Underwriting/Excess and Surplus Lines.
• Ability to assess priorities and manage deadlines effectively.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven attention to detail, with excellent organizational skills.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
