Project Manager

Wachter is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to manage the entire lifecycle of projects, from initiation to completion. The role involves scheduling, material ordering, general administration, and coordinating with vendors, customers, and the team. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. The company values relationships and invests in its employees.

Requirements

• College Education preferred, but not required.
• Experience in CAT5, Telecommunications, Fiber, Construction, or Structured Cabling IT is a plus.
• Experience with engineered drawings, bid specifications, and construction take-offs is helpful.
• Proven track record of managing budgets, schedules, and scope.
• Strong understanding of business operations and project management principles.
