Warfel Construction Company is seeking a Project Manager to provide ongoing customer satisfaction, manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure project success. This role involves team coordination, communication, recordkeeping, and overseeing project activities. They will need to meet goals related to schedule and budget while ensuring a good team dynamic and effective communication.
Requirements
- Minimum four years of experience in construction projects
- 6+ years of experience on construction projects
- Experience as a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or similar
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to move frequently, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in inclement weather
- Excellent teamwork and client relationship management
