Job Description
The Senior Manager, Real Estate Portfolio, is responsible for all aspects of real estate development and portfolio optimization in their respective region, contributing strategic insight and developing and maintaining knowledge of regional market trends.
Requirements
- Conducts market and sub-market analysis
- Develops and executes individual strategies for each asset
- Manages real estate assets of over 1,000 stores
- Maintains and manages data within the asset management database
- Makes recommendations to internal and external resources
- Develops and executes Annual Capital Plan
- Maintains active involvement in the real estate, legal, and financial fields
- Develops and implements capital plan for each asset
- Communicates asset strategy with internal stakeholders
