Director of Clinical Services and Performance

The Director of Clinical Services and Performance is responsible for providing leadership to clinical operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing staff, developing and evaluating treatment programs, and overseeing key financial responsibilities.

Requirements

• Masters degree from an accredited, approved, and recognized college or university
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in behavioral health, including at least two (2) years providing direct substance use disorder treatment
• Self-identified person in recovery from a Substance Use Disorder with a minimum of five (5) years of sobriety from substances of abuse
