Business Development Representative (BDR) - Netherlands. Generate and qualify sell-out demand by engaging installers, contractors, end customers, and influencers, and to route this demand to channel partners. Ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or lead generation.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or lead generation, ideally in technical, electrical, or renewable energy products.
- Experience in outbound prospecting and generating pipeline for indirect and/or direct sales channels.
- Strong relationship-building skills with partners and installers.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and disciplined in activity tracking.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and motivated by meeting activity and lead-generation KPIs.
- Dutch and English fluency are required.
