Job Description
Wantable is seeking a Social, Affiliate and Community Manager to own the strategy, execution, and performance of social content, affiliate growth, and community development across expert platforms and brand-owned channels.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in social media, community management, influencer/affiliate marketing, or digital content for a fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or DTC brand
- Demonstrated success managing social channels and/or affiliate programs that drive measurable revenue
- Experience participating in or managing Reddit, Substack, or other forum-based communities
- Strong creative instincts paired with data-driven decision-making
- Proficiency with mobile editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Suite, Canva) and AI-driven editing/ideation tools
- Ability to move quickly, pivot often, and make independent decisions using customer insight and data
