Warfel Construction Company is seeking a Project Manager to contribute to customer satisfaction, project success, and schedule adherence. This role involves client communication, project management, budget control, and strong collaboration with internal and external resources. The PM will be responsible for coordination, recordkeeping, and timely communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Must have a minimum of a four-year degree majoring in construction management, engineering, architecture or similar program, or similar career experience.
- 6+ years of experience on construction projects similar to those of Warfel Construction.
- Experience as a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or similar. Experience should include client relationship management, budget and schedule management and team management / leadership.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on organization and multitasking.
- Ability to move frequently to active construction jobsites.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with Construction Materials Management
