2-Stroke Service Engineer

Wärtsilä is an innovative technology company seeking a 2-Stroke Service Engineer in Shanghai, CN. The role involves maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of 2-stroke diesel engines and equipment. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of 2-stroke low-speed diesel engines, be fluent in English and Chinese, and have negotiation and team working skills.

Requirements

• Knowledge on 2 stroke low speed diesel engine
• Maintenance & overhauling 2 Stroke engine and relative equipment/system on field according to instruction manual
• Installation and troubleshooting of problems on 2 Stroke diesel engine and other relevant equipment according to instruction manual
• Provide local technical support to customers for diesel engine and other relevant equipment operation
• Be able to handle pressure and make decision independently when required
• Negotiation and team working skills
• Fluent in English and Chinese with relevant additional language skills beneficial
