4-6 years of experience in mechanics and engineering or shipyard, good team work, and follow safety rules

Diploma in metalworking, TIG welding qualifications, good reading skills for metalworking plans, rigor / professional awareness

Proven experience as a Scrum Master, strong background in coaching teams, and deep understanding of Scrum Guide and LeSS Principles

4-6 years of experience in mechanics and engineering or shipyard, good cooperation with customers and team members, and loyalty to the company

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering, Marine Engineering or equivalent, experience in service support role with propulsion equipment, and fluency in Japanese

Requires mechanical engineering background & experience, electrical/automation schematics knowledge, and fluent English. Diploma/BSc in Engineering is essential

Minimum 5 years of experience in the marine or industrial machinery manufacturing industry, business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English, and proven experience in team leadership or management

5 years' higher education in Engineering, 5 years experience in project management, excellent interpersonal skills
